Digital Ally, Inc. acquired TicketSmarter, LLC and Goody Tickets, LLC, a national ticket marketplace with 48 million tickets for sale for over 125,000 live events, in September 2021 as part of the strategic plan to grow the holding company™s portfolio. The new, wholly-owned, subsidiary will operate under the name TicketSmarter, Inc.
