EDWARD JUCHNIEWICZ
Mr. Juchniewicz retired from the CIA as Associate Deputy Director of Operations. Since retirement he has been involved in the intelligence and communications fields as a consultant and advisor.

ELLIOT M. KAPLAN
Mr. Kaplan has been an attorney in the State of Missouri for the past 20 years, with a concentration on corporate strategy.

DANIEL F. HUTCHINS

Mr. Hutchins, a Certified Public Accountant, is a Principal with the accounting firm of Hutchins & Haake, LLC and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Infinity Energy Resources, Inc., a publicly traded company.
