Mr. Kaplan has served on the board since 2005 and has 30 years of broad-based experience in business management, marketing, market planning, government, and commercial law.

Mr. Hutchins, a Certified Public Accountant, is a Principal with the accounting firm of Hutchins & Haake, LLC and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Infinity Energy Resources, Inc., a publicly traded company.

BERNIE BIANCHINO
Chairperson of the Compensation Committee
Mr. Bianchino is President and Chief Executive Officer of Jaguar Telecom LLC and former Chief Business Development Officer for Sprint PCS. He joined the board in 2009 and brings extensive business and legal experience.
