Mr. Richie joined the DGLY board in September 2005. Since June 1999, he has been a Director of Infinity Energy Resources, Inc. Mr. Richie has held numerous executive and board positions in his career, including Vice President and General Counsel for Automotive Legal Affairs at Chrysler Corp.

EDWARD JUCHNIEWICZ
Mr. Juchniewicz retired from the CIA as Associate Deputy Director of Operations. Since retirement he has been involved in the intelligence and communications fields as a consultant and advisor.

ELLIOT M. KAPLAN
Mr. Kaplan has served on the board since 2005, is Chairman of the Compensation Committee, and has 30 years of broad-based experience in business management, marketing, market planning, government, and commercial law.

DANIEL F. HUTCHINS

Mr. Hutchins, a Certified Public Accountant, is a Principal with the accounting firm of Hutchins & Haake, LLC and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Infinity Energy Resources, Inc., a publicly traded company.

BERNIE BIANCHINO
Mr. Bianchino, President and Chief Executive Officer of Jaguar Telecom LLC and former Chief Business Development Officer for Sprint PCS, joined the board in 2009 and brings extensive business and legal experience to board.
